I've came across this wonderful substance after a visit to Garden Week a few weeks ago.

The "spare" block next door now boasts a vegetable garden, orchard, shrubs, pottage garden and a native garden.

From a "wind swept steep" block of lime, white, sandy soil, it will in November be the venue of the wedding of a Cairns couple along with their seventy guests.
